 Hindu traditions and cultures  Annaprashan  - Annaprashan is a Hindu ritual of giving the first solid food (rice kheer ) to a six month baby👶 . This ceremony is known as first baby’s rice feed ceremony . Swastik is  usually made by using Kumkum and haldi . Tilaka- tilak is usually made  by using kumkum , turmeric, rice and curd or Chandan (sandalwood paste ) . Tilak is spiritual mark .Hindus applied  on the forehead regularly , occasionally or any religious festival . It is point  of immense power and piety .it is beats stress by keeping the mind pure  and calm .
