Holi - Holi festival is according to Hindu traditions 
Holi the festival of colors, the festival of love and the festival of victory of good over evil . Holi  celebrated in the spring season. 

Celebrants light bonfires 🔥 , eat sweets . Wear white clothes, throw colorful powder on each other and dance  with music . In the evening people wear new dresses and go to each other’s house to meet and greet . 



Diwali 🪔- Diwali festival is according to Hindu traditions Diwali is the sacred festival. Also known as the Festival of Lights and the festival of prosperity. 

During the Diwali festival , people clean the whole house before Diwali and decorated home with Lights , Diyas 🪔 and Candles 🕯. And  decorated  floors With Rangoli designs . This festival mentioned in the Padama Purana . Diwali celebrated in winter season. 

Normally people buy jewelry (gold and silver ) , some utensils , pots , diyas , sweets , new dresses , gold coin or silver coin and Laxmi Ganesh on Diwali festival. 

Men dress in traditional kurta paijama , dhoti and women dress in traditional saree . In the evening people  do pooja of Ganesh Laxmi and lights the diyas (oil lamps) and light up fire work . After pooja people go to each other’s house to meet and exchange gifts .
